Job Summary:Our servers play an integral role in ensuring our guests have exceptional dining experiences. We are interested in growing our team, and are in search of a professional server. The right person will be passionate about food and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working as a server in a bustling, fast-paced FDP setting.
We provide full coverage for Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service training and certification.
Basic Server responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and direct them to their tables
- Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room guests
- Provide attentive service to guests by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals
- Promptly address guest service issues and refer guests to management when necessary
- Maintain sanitation standards and practices

Requirements:- Previous food service experience
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
- Wine and spirit knowledge
- Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Willing to kilogram work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain a California Food Handler's Certification card and Responsible Beverage Service Certification
