JOB ROLE AND

PURPOSE:

Perform project management, quality assurance, and business analysis functions for enterprise transformation and analytics initiatives within the insurance and finance domains. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, estimating effort using Function Points (FP) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and documenting functional and technical specifications aligned with stakeholder objectives. Conduct diagnostic assessments, risk mitigation planning, and business intelligence reporting to drive operational improvements.

Oversee the entire QA lifecycle-including test planning, execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect tracking-across Policy, Billing, and Claims systems. Lead test automation and process optimization initiatives using low-code and robotic process automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Selenium, and Power Automate. Manage QA teams and oversee knowledge transfer, issue escalation, and performance reporting in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Develop KPI dashboards and generate technical insights using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on delivery timelines, toolsets, and strategic business priorities. Utilized tools and platforms include Excel, JIRA, Power BI, UiPath, Selenium, Power Automate, MS Visio, MS Project, Confluence and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for data flow and use case modeling.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree (or equiv) in Comp Sci, Engineering Management, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 3 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities.

SALARY RANGE:

$169,541 - $189,541 per year
