JOB ROLE AND

PURPOSE:

Conduct project execution in a global delivery model for delivery of projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, AGILE - SCRUM, AGILE-SAFe). Lead QA initiatives across Insurance (Guidewire), Cloud Storage, IVR, and Digital Media domains, focusing on functional, regression, integration, and UI testing for web, mobile, and middleware applications. Define QA strategy, perform feasibility analysis, test planning, effort estimation, and execution. Design and implement BDD-based Selenium automation frameworks and perform backend validation using SQL, ETL, and data migration tools.

Conduct REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations including payment gateways and document systems. Manage defect lifecycle, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and validate policy and billing flows. Mentor offshore QA teams, manage SLAs, publish KPIs, and lead project status reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (or equiv) in Comp Sci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities.

SALARY RANGE:

$149,000 - $169,000 per year
