2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Position OverviewThe 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for leading production operations during the second shift to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, drive productivity, and maintain strict compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets
Lead, train, and develop production team members while reinforcing safety and quality standards
Monitor equipment performance and partner with maintenance to minimize downtime
Enforce company policies,
GMPs, HACCP
, and all food safety and sanitation proceduresTrack and report shift metrics including yield, waste, efficiency, and labor utilization
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Lead shift handoff meetings and ensure clear communication across departments
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
1–2+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or a related industry
Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations
Proven ability to lead and motivate hourly production teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
