Job Description

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) to join our team. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, working efficiently to minimize wait times, and maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with their schedule. You will be expected to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping to solve their needs
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
• Support guest services such as order pick-up and drive-up orders

• Communicating effectively with guests and team members
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
• Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services
