• Perform residential HVAC installation and change-out work
• Maintain a clean, neat appearance and bring appropriate tools
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Adhere to safety and company standards on every installation

• At least 2–5 years of residential HVAC install/change-out experience
• Available to work weekends when/if needed
• Sound knowledge of fundamental operational functionality of residential HVAC equipment
• Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens and undergo a thorough background check

• Pay range: $18/hr (Helper) to $25/hr (very experienced), commensurate with experience, plus a percentage of each job
