Job Title & Summary

(USA) Freight Flow Associate – Sam's Club, Full-time, Entry level. Pay range $20.00/hr – $28.00/hr with performance bonuses.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement action plans; use the Open Door Policy.
• Operate forklift following company standards: safely pick, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers; manage inventory flow; complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, provide guidance, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote company products.
• Maintain safety of the facility: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle hazardous materials, correct unsafe situations.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation per policy; zone area, stock and rotate merchandise, remove damaged goods, set up displays, maintain modular integrity, track promotional items, and monitor shrink/security risks.
• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled: assist with picking, staging, audit accuracy.
• Inventory:
  Handle, move, display goods; track goods; maintain in‑stock levels; control shrinkage; report poor practices.
• Forklift:
  Operate and maintain forklifts; report unsafe conditions; inform management of forklift issues.
• Technology:
  Identify customers needing help; assist with technology services; maintain equipment; fix problems promptly.

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification; ability to safely use pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred:
  Customer Service Experience, Retail Experience, Supervising a team.

Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
