Hours- 7a-7p

Are you a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced Long-Term Care setting? We’re seeking an experienced LPN/RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care every weekend.

The LPN/RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, and supporting clinical excellence in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Supervise and support nursing staff providing direct resident care

• Ensure compliance with resident care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs and licensed staff

• Provide leadership, coaching, and clinical guidance to weekend team members

• Maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN/RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum 1 year Long-Term Care experience required

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of LTC regulations and clinical standards

• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

• Ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively
