Graduate Specialist Logistics

Overview

During the Graduate Specialist Program, you will spend 18-24 months in various individually designed job rotations in the US and abroad within the Corporate Logistics team
. This program is designed to transition you into a full time role with Bosch Rexroth after completion of the program, in a challenging specialist or project task within logistics. In this way, we lay the foundation for a successful career together.

• 4-6 job rotations, one or two of which is abroad: possible specialist departments, e.g. logistics planning, procurement, logistics controlling, as well as related areas, if applicable.

You must have the desire to further develop your logistics experience within Bosch Rexroth. You should be characterized by creative thinking and driving topics forward. In addition, you must bring the following with you:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration required, Masters and/or up to 5 years work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in challenging industrial internships or entry-level roles in the area of logistics/supply chain
• Knowledge of SAP and data analytics highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial thinking, target and result orientation, analytical thinking skills and high commitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  German would be a plus
