This is a full-time, on-site Senior Plumbing Estimator role based in Pineville, NC. The Senior Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for plumbing projects, analyzing project plans, specifications, and proposals, and collaborating with project managers to ensure alignment of budgets and requirements. Additional responsibilities include performing quantity takeoffs, obtaining supplier and subcontractor pricing, and preparing bid proposals.
The Senior Plumbing Estimator will also play a key role in cost analysis, value engineering, and supporting the project team during the pre-construction phase.
- Strong expertise in Plumbing Systems, Mechanical Piping, and Construction Processes
- Proficiency in Cost Estimation and Quantity Takeoffs
- Experience with Bid Proposals, Project Specifications, and Value Engineering
- Strong Analytical, Budgeting, and Problem‑Solving Skills
- Ability to collaborate with Project Managers and work effectively on deadline‑driven tasks
- Familiarity with Estimation Software and Related Project Management Tools
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of Local and Industry Construction Standards and Regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a Related Field is Preferred
- Extensive Experience in Estimation for Commercial and Industrial Plumbing Projects
