Salary: $45,000-$55,000 annually commensurate with experience
Annual Bonus: Up to 10%

Role OverviewThe Office and Safety Compliance Administrator ensures smooth, professional, and efficient daily operations for the Charlotte office and shop. This includes front‑desk coordination, office organization, administrative support, and assisting with the site’s Health & Safety (H&S) program. The role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees and supports safety routines, documentation, and compliance activities under the direction of the NA HR Director.
Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support- Greet and check in visitors; manage reception, calls, and front‑office professionalism.
- Handle mail, shipments, and deliveries.
- Maintain supplies, kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces.
- Support internal communications and employee activities.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, document management, and project tasks.
- Maintain records, SharePoint content, version control, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain safety documentation, logs, procedures, and inspection forms.
- Track employee safety training, certifications, and equipment sign‑offs.
- Support monthly safety audits, walk‑throughs, and corrective action tracking.
- Assist with weekly safety talks, quarterly committee meetings, fire drills, and emergency prep.
- Conduct monthly compliance checks to ensure SOP adherence.
- Support U.S. safety and operational procedure documentation, including policy updates and controlled document revisions.
- Help prepare for internal/external audits through organized recordkeeping.
- Strong organization, accuracy, and follow‑through.
- Ability to work confidently with all levels, from shop floor to leadership.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EHS, or safety administration.
- ERP experience (e.g., Net Suite).
