Tax Preparer

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Corporate, Partnership, and Individual tax returns
• Assist with year-end financial statements and tax planning
• Preparation of quarterly payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and estimated tax payments
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely and accurate filings

• Proven experience preparing business and individual tax returns
• Proficiency in Intuit software including Pro Series and Quick Books is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work under deadlines
