United Trades of America is seeking a Lineman Foreman to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of overhead distribution line work. This position is critical for ensuring the smooth execution of projects by assigning duties based on priorities and maintaining efficiency in both time and cost. The ideal candidate will have experience working on energized lines and will be expected to handle installation, repair, and maintenance tasks when necessary.

• Assign duties:
  Coordinate and assign tasks to crew members according to project priorities.
• Project management:
  Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on track from both a time and budget perspective.
• Line work:
  At times, perform or assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead distribution lines.
• Safety compliance:
  Ensure that all work complies with safety standards, particularly when working on energized lines.
• Team leadership:
  Supervise and guide linemen and apprentices to meet project goals and maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identify issues quickly and provide solutions to keep projects on schedule.
