Salary: $23.50 – $25.85 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Eligible for a monthly bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) plan, paid time off (up to 152 hours per year), paid sick time up to 64 hours, and more. Operating hours: 6 AM – 10 PM. Respectful scheduling.

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross‑train in all areas of available store operations including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, coach and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject‑matter expert in your role and model 'Great Place To Work' behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management or leadership role
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, e‑mail and telephone
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP
• Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and adherence to attendance policy necessary
