Financial Analyst

Join Crest Operations as a Financial Analyst supporting credit management, lender reporting, financial modeling, and recurring financial analysis across multiple business units.

Crest Industries is seeking a Financial Analyst to maintain financial discipline, support liquidity and credit processes, and deliver timely, accurate insights to finance leadership and business unit stakeholders.

• Prepare internally generated monthly financial statements for select entities.
• Generate and maintain recurring portfolio and performance reports.
• Prepare credit and financial metrics for executive and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain multi‑year cash flow and forecasting models.
• Maintain long‑term financial models, including supporting assumptions and data inputs.
• Support preparation of multi‑year budgets and forecasts.

• Initiate and manage customer credit checks and pre‑qualification processes.
• Review credit information and prepare credit summaries for finance leadership review.
• Communicate credit decisions to operations and business unit teams.
• Maintain customer credit data, limits, and holds within the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot data issues and support ongoing credit data cleanup initiatives.
• Support automation and reporting related to credit analysis.

• Prepare monthly reporting packages sent to lending partners covering compliance certificates and supporting lender schedules.
• Provide financial statements and reporting packages to lenders.
• Compile MD&A reports of business units performance.
• Attend recurring business unit review meetings and document outputs used in lender MD&A reporting.

• Provide timely ad hoc financial analysis in support of leadership decision‑making.
• Support internal and external financial requests including audits, valuations, and credit approvals.
• Coordinate with business unit leaders, accounting teams, and project teams to gather required inputs.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure accuracy of financial metrics and dashboards.

• Provide backup support for treasury‑related functions as needed, including remote deposit capture, internal debt maintenance, and corporate credit card administration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
