Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Specialist located in Pineville, LA. The Accounting Specialist will handle financial record-keeping, prepare and review financial statements, manage journal entries, and utilize accounting software. The role also includes financial analysis, reconciliation of accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with other team members to support efficient financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Payroll, Payables, and Financial Statements preparation and analysis
- Experience with Accounting Software preferrably GMS and knowledge of Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles is a plus
