$14-$25 average per hour annually
SummaryThis position’s primary responsibility is to serve meals to our Members/Guests.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, wines, and service.
- Relay orders accurately to the kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Perform assigned side work.
- Stock credenzas to SOP.
- Greet Members/Guests in a timely, friendly, professional manner. Use Member/Guest's name at least three times during the service period.
- Efficiently deliver and serve food and/or beverage orders.
- Restock station for next meal.
- Check out with supervisor.
- Be knowledgeable of menu items, preparation and prices.
- Be responsible for the financial accounting of each station according to established procedures.
- Use the Info genesis system properly.
- Respond to and inform supervisor of any Member/Guest questions, complaints, suggestions or maintenance issues.
- Attend resort training classes as required.
- Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.
- Be available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels, and to work holidays wherever needed even if the primary outlet is closed.
