$14-$25 average per hour annually

This position’s primary responsibility is to serve meals to our Members/Guests.

High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, wines, and service.
• Relay orders accurately to the kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Perform assigned side work.
• Stock credenzas to SOP.
• Greet Members/Guests in a timely, friendly, professional manner. Use Member/Guest's name at least three times during the service period.
• Efficiently deliver and serve food and/or beverage orders.
• Restock station for next meal.
• Check out with supervisor.
• Be knowledgeable of menu items, preparation and prices.
• Be responsible for the financial accounting of each station according to established procedures.
• Use the Info genesis system properly.
• Respond to and inform supervisor of any Member/Guest questions, complaints, suggestions or maintenance issues.
• Attend resort training classes as required.
• Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.
• Be available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels, and to work holidays wherever needed even if the primary outlet is closed.
