Valid NC RN License or Compact State RN License required. Heart experience preferred. ACLS and BCLS required.
- Manage patients requiring open heart surgery from admission through discharge.
- Develop strong assessment skills and become an expert at managing drip titrations, chest tubes, and ventilators.
- Manage intra‑aortic balloon pumps and Impella devices.
- Maintain ACLS certification.
