SUMMARY:
The Revenue Operations Analyst serves as the link between systems and the sales & revenue team, ensuring platforms are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
This role works closely with Leisure Sales, Revenue
Management, and IT to optimize technology, streamline processes, and deliver actionable data. By providing system and operational support, the analyst enables the team to focus on strategic growth rather than troubleshooting.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 1 year of related experience; preference for experience with property management or revenue systems in hospitality.
Preference:
Strong understanding of Golf Resorts, minimum 2 years’ working with property management systems
SKILLS:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit and optimize system configurations and workflows for accuracy and efficiency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues from the Leisure Sales team, coordinating resolutions with internal teams and vendors
- Test and validate system updates, releases, and integrations to ensure smooth implementation
- Identify and prioritize system improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders to align with strategic direction of the business
- Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools that encourage data-driven decision making
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness
- Assist with preparing systems for future enhancements and integrations
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience
- Create and manage process for collecting system issues, reporting to appropriate team and following through with solutions
- Build and manage Leisure Sales packages in Property Management System
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on reports and data needs – working to pull data that is necessary to support key initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, monitor for potential vulnerabilities and coordinate with IT for remedies
- Pull, validate, and publish daily performance for leadership and sales teams
- Explore new functionalities within current systems to improve reporting, operations and how we leverage tools
- Support leadership with ad hoc data and analysis requests
