Overview
The Guest Relations Coordinator ensures the safe, smooth, and efficient overnight operation of the House, overseeing both the facility and its guests.
Responsibilities- Oversee safe and efficient overnight operations, including facility and guest supervision.
- Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs during overnight hours.
- Implement and uphold house policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and secure environment.
- Provide empathetic, high‑quality customer service to all guests.
- Support conference and event setup and breakdown when the House Stewart is unavailable.
High school graduate, with college degree preferred. Minimum three years combined experience in healthcare, social services or hospitality services. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This position is primarily night shift for Wednesday and Thursday nights, with flexibility to add on another shift.
Strong computer, organizational, and communication (both verbal and written) skills. Ability to interact with others in a professional, courteous manner.
