• Conduct behavioral assessments and design evidence‑based goals across environments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines.
• Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations.
• Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff‑wide trainings.
• Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers.
• Stay current on research and evidence‑based practices.
• Maintain accurate “CAQH” profile and NPI.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators.
• Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR.
• Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly.
• Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s Code of Ethics.

• Must be licensed as a BCBA.
• At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum preferred.
