Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position requiring NC licensure and experience in orthopedic and manual therapy.
Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic setting focused on orthopedic patient population

• One-on-one patient care model

• Daily schedule is Monday through Friday, daytime shifts from 8:00 to 17:00

• Treats 8-10 patients per 8-hour shift

• Position involves primarily orthopedic cases with a focus on manual therapy

• Pre-employment drug screening is required upon arrival to the assignment where permitted by law

• Pre-start online training modules must be completed prior to orientation, with approximately 16.32 hours for outpatient PT

• Candidates who have worked for the facility as employees must have a minimum one-year separation before being considered

• Daily responsibilities include evaluating and treating an outpatient caseload using evidence-based interventions
Requirements

• Active NC PT license required if applicable

• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required

• Orthopedic patient care and manual therapy skills required

• Must not reside in Moore County

• Two professional references required for consideration
