Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant looking for a diverse patient caseload? Join our team to work with a variety of settings, patients, and staff. You'll have the opportunity to provide one‑on‑one care to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurologic, balance, and geriatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings in various locations (Pinehurst, Rockingham, Troy, Raeford & Sanford, NC). We are looking for a passionate caregiver who thrives in an environment where high‑quality care is delivered in a cohesive team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one therapy and utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and aquatic therapy, to deliver personalized care.
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices while maintaining accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and work closely with physicians, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of seasoned Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Occupational Therapists.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, rehabilitation, and the importance of ongoing self‑care.
• Maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Participate in continuous professional development through continuing education and clinical ladder opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current NC PTA license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and motivate patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
• Experience preferred but new graduate candidates considered.
