Position Overview

As a Workers' Compensation Claims Assistant, you will investigate and manage claims related to Workers' Compensation, including handling medium exposure and complexity claims, analyzing claims data, supporting Third-Party Administrators, and reviewing billing issues to ensure accurate payments.

Responsibilities

• Investigate potential Workers' Compensation claims.
• Manage claims with medium exposure and complexity.
• Analyze Workers' Compensation claims data.
• Support Third-Party Administrators with claims guidance.
• Review and resolve billing issues related to Workers' Compensation.

Qualifications

• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in a business or professional field.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years in healthcare loss prevention, claims management, or a similar field.
