First Health of the Carolinas Inpatient Rehabilitation center is a 15 semi-private bed Comprehensive Rehabilitation center dedicated to being the regional leader in medical rehabilitation services. The center is CARF accredited for Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation and Stroke and is certified by Det Norske Veritas Healthcare (DNV) and has achieved NIAHO accreditation requirements.
This unit is staffed with RNs, LPNs and CNAs. The unit provides care to adults who are hospitalized with a variety of conditions with impairments related to Stroke, Amputation, Brain Injury, Complex Orthopedic Conditions, Debility related to surgical or medical conditions, Hip Fractures, Multiple Trauma, Neurological Disorders and Spinal Cord Dysfunction.
QualificationsMust be a graduate from a Bachelor s or Master s program in Occupational Therapy. NC OT License required. OTR Registry required.
ResponsibilitiesWill be responsible for participating in weekend rotations.
