- Initiate, coordinate, and manage all investigational and evaluation activities related to professional and general liability occurrences and claim pre-litigation matters.
- Negotiate resolution with authority from the Administrative Director, Risk Management.
- Provide preventative risk management assessments of processes, procedures, and programs, including in-service education, consultation, liaison activities, and on-call emergency assistance.
Bachelor’s Degree with a current North Carolina RN license. Five years of healthcare experience required. Background in nursing or business administration combined with hospital experience preferred. Experience in loss prevention, claims, and/or safety management is a plus.
