is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Pinehurst, North Carolina
. This role supports children through ABA therapy in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on growth and positive outcomes.

Whether you’re an experienced RBT or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that values mentorship, teamwork, and high-quality pediatric care.

Position Details
  • Location: Pinehurst, NC

  • Setting: Outpatient pediatric ABA clinic

  • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

  • Hours: Clinic hours available through 6:00 PM

  • Pay Rate: $21–$29/hour
    , based on experience

  • Training:
    On-site RBT training provided for non-certified candidates

Responsibilities

Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.

Qualifications
  • Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school national equivalent and have reliable transportation.
