Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate team player to join our Endoscopy unit. In this role you will assist the providers with a variety of endoscopic procedures, ensuring that each patient receives high quality care.
Responsibilities- Prepare the procedure room and assist the provider during procedures.
- Reprocess endoscopes according to established protocol.
- Perform equipment checks and maintenance to ensure functionality and safety.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are available for procedures.
- Educate and comfort patients before, during and after procedures to provide a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care and unit efficiency.
- Able to assist with back up late and call rotation (weekday, weekend and holiday).
- High School Graduate/GED.
- BCLS required.
- CNA I and CNA II required.
- Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient safety and care quality.
