The group is searching for a Family Medicine physician to join their Pinehurst, North Carolina practice. The clinic has seen tremendous growth and continues to expand.
Position highlights
- High functioning team of 2 Physicians and 1 APP treat patients from birth to age 90+.
- Work-life balance ? protected admin time, 4.5-day work week, low volume call.
- On-site Convenient Care clinic provides after-hours and weekend services for patients.
- A provider-led, financially stable group of hospital-employed providers.
- Low volume call ? phone only.
- Integrated Epic EMR.
Financial Package
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package ( minimum starting base of $240k with 2-year guarantee ).
- 10% quality bonus, potential for productivity incentive
- Enriched sign-on bonus
- 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program(PSLF)
- 3 retirement savings plans ? 401a, 403b with match, 457b
- Relocation stipend
