First Health of the Carolinas invites a motivated Non-Invasive Cardio Hospitalist to deliver high-acuity inpatient cardiac care at our flagship Heart Center. Our hospital-employed team of Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons leads the region in advanced heartcare.

• Collegial group working closely with Imaging Cardiologist, Interventional and Structural Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and Cardiothoracic Surgeons
• 100% inpatient responsibilities including rounding, consults, follow-up, TEEs, interpretation of stress tests, echocardiography, and nuclear studies
• Epic EMR base

• Provide high-acuity inpatient cardiac care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Rounding, consults, follow-up visits, and procedural support (TEEs, stress test interpretation, echocardiography, nuclear studies).
• Collaborate with Imaging Cardiologists, Interventional and Structural Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and Cardiothoracic Surgeons.

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved residency and fellowship programs.
• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Clean background and licensed or eligible for unrestricted licensure in NC.
• Current DEA and ACLS certification.
