• Practice at First Health's flagship hospital (402 beds) in Pinehurst, NC.
• Integrated care team offers comprehensive maternity services in a compassionate, warm, and comfortable environment.
• 24‑hour in‑house shift availability.
• Join a team of OB Hospitalists, community OB/GYN physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, OB‑GYN Nurse Practitioner, Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, Neonatologist, and a great surgical support team.
• Our Women’s and Children’s Center has 9 labor rooms and 10 triage rooms.
• Approximately 3,000 deliveries per year and trending upward.
• Perform deliveries, OB triage, inpatient ER consults, emergent GYN surgeries.
• Deliver high quality care ranging from routine obstetrical and gynecologic services to high‑risk procedures with the support of a multidisciplinary team.
• Family-centered approach allows baby and mom to stay together in a private group; same nurse team cares for mom and baby.
• Compensation and benefits package includes mother/baby services such as lactation consult, new mother support group, post‑partum depression care, massage, and fitness; competitive salary; free fitness membership to First Health Fitness Centers; paid malpractice with tail coverage.

• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-certified OBGYN residency program and board certification/eligibility required.
• Clean background, NC licensure, and NC DEA required.
• AHA BLS required, ACLS preferred.
