Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Serve as the welcoming face of our facility, delivering exceptional customer service to members and prospective members. Your role will include providing facility tours, handling sign‑ups, answering phone inquiries, and covering the Kid's Center.

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to members and potential members, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Sign‑Ups And Tours: Assist with member sign‑ups and conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.
  • Phone Support: Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers.
  • Kid's Center Coverage: Provide coverage in the Kid's Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks related to member registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Community Engagement: Promote our facility and services, building positive relationships with members and potential members.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software

Working Conditions

Environment: Primary office and facility environment.
