CDL A Graduate Drivers

Join as a Refrigerated Regional Driver and experience consistent miles with more frequent opportunities to be home.

• Running Area: Drivers will run east of the MS River most of the time but occasionally to the West Coast
• Training: Training pay is $650/Week
• Training duration: 4‑6 weeks
• Post‑Training Pay: Start at $0.56 CPM
• Average weekly miles: 2,500
• Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,600
• Pay Raises: Every 3‑6 months, reaching $0.64 CPM at 5 years
• Type of Freight: Reefer Freight 100% no touch with 50% drop‑n‑hook
• Home Time: 14 days home and 2 full days off
• Drivers can take the truck home

• Showcase exceptional backing skills
• Perform night driving when necessary

• $300 paid orientation upon hiring

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license
• Must have a minimum of 120 hrs. with an accredited trucking school
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL‑A holder, none within 5 years if non‑CDL‑A holder
• No more than 1 on‑road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No serious traffic violations in the past year
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test
• No drug‑related conviction in the last 5 years
• No use of illegal drugs, positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL‑A/CLP
• No misdemeanors or felonies in the last ten years and none involving children ever
• Cannot have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test
• No SAP Drivers

  Candidates must pass hair and urine drug screening
