Your New Role
As a Plumbing Systems Installer, you'll take on a crucial role in delivering high-quality plumbing solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all installations meet local codes and safety standards to prevent issues and callbacks.
- Installing plumbing systems with precision and top-tier craftsmanship.
- Managing copper piping, soldering/brazing, and gas line connections with expertise and care.
- Training and mentoring apprentices, helping them build their skills and confidence in the trade.
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professionally documented through Service Titan.
- Hands-on Experience: 3-5 years in plumbing installation and service.
- Certification or Licensing: Journeyman Plumber license or 4th-Year Apprentice status.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, use tablets and smartphones, and navigate with GPS.
- Valid License: Clean driving record and a current driver's license.
