Job Title: Licensed Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians

Pay Range: based upon experience, ranging from $18-$23 for Apprentice and $23-$30 for Journeyman
Per Diem: $100 per day worked
Job Type: Full-time
Travel and Licensing: Must be willing to travel throughout Arkansas and must be licensed in Arkansas or willing to obtain a reciprocal license

Whether you are an experienced Journeyman Electrician or an Apprentice seeking to develop your skills, we have opportunities for you to contribute to exciting projects.
This particular project will be a medium-size commercial work, at various Dollar General locations throughout Arkansas. Work will include terminations, lighting, wire pulling, and running/bending conduit.
ResponsibilitiesFor Journeyman Electricians:
Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to apprentice electricians. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address problems.
Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on job sites. Conduct safety assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.
For Apprentice Electricians:
Assist Journeyman Electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Report potential hazards and actively participate in creating a safe work environment.
For Journeyman Electricians:
For Apprentice Electricians:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Electrical license REQUIRED.
