As an HVAC Repair Specialist
, you’ll be the expert clients count on to keep their systems operating efficiently. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues, delivering efficient and reliable repairs.
• Conduct thorough system evaluations and diagnostics to identify underlying problems.
• Clearly explain service needs and solutions to customers, including timelines and costs.
• Perform high-quality maintenance to extend system lifespan and improve performance.
• Work alongside a skilled team to overcome challenging HVAC issues and deliver exceptional results.
• Prioritize safety and quality to uphold Bert Black’s reputation for excellence.

• Must hold a current EPA certification to handle refrigerants safely and effectively.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system service and repair.
• A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are essential for operating company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background check, ensuring no criminal history.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
