Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Patrol Officer position located in Pine Bluff, AR. The Patrol Officer will be responsible for enforcing local, state, and federal laws while maintaining public safety. Key responsibilities include responding to emergency and non-emergency calls, patrolling assigned areas, conducting traffic stops, investigating incidents, and ensuring the safety of the community. Collaboration with community members and law enforcement personnel is essential to the role, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience or capabilities in Physical Security and Law Enforcement.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with community members effectively.
• Proficiency in Emergency Services to respond promptly and efficiently to critical situations.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
• Basic knowledge of criminal law and local, state, and federal regulations.
• High school diploma or GED; additional law enforcement training or certification is an asset.
• Must pass background checks and meet physical requirements relevant to law enforcement duties.
