Job Details
Schedule:
Monday - Friday with possible Saturdays.
Pay: $16.90 per hour.
Shift Differential: $2.00.
Job Description- Must understand and agree to follow safety rules.
- Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
- Must be willing to work in damp, cold, or hot environments, and reach above shoulder level.
- Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
- Be willing to stand 8-10 hours a day.
- Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net, and beard guard.
- Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
- Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
Prior Employee Waiting Period:
If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 365‑day waiting period before you can reapply.
- You may apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than three times.
- If you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
