A service technician will be part of a team focused on maintaining assigned accounts. The role ensures chemical feed equipment operates correctly and products are transferred safely. Safety and communication are the highest priorities; daily or weekly tasks are discussed with the engineer/sales team.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated equipment and machinery at customer locations.
- Perform basic chemistry testing and recording, product transfer to totes, and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot customer processes based on experience level and own a preventative maintenance program.
- Conduct routine testing and monitoring at the customer site, enter data, and contribute to service report preparation.
- Interface with the customer to understand issues with chemicals or equipment.
- Manage product inventory, including deliveries to process units and offloading to customer tanks; adjust chemical feed levels to meet optimal performance based on routine testing and monitoring.
- Deliver chemical and compile trial data at the customer site.
- Alert the site manager or support engineer of any problems or opportunities and begin troubleshooting.
- Conduct expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts.
- Spec out, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring and feed equipment.
- Work with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Position requires flexibility in schedule, including after‑hours calls and weekend OT hours rotated among technicians.
- Minimum 5 years experience working on mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment. Chemical handling experience is desired but not required.
- Must live within 1 hour of the customer location.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,160.00 and $71,930.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
