Desktop Support Technician – Pikeville Area
Seeking a Desktop Support Technician with strong customer service skills to provide both remote and on‑site support to agency users.
Base Pay Range$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Provide desktop support to agency users both remotely and in person.
- Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to lift heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods.
- Have 1‑2 years minimum experience in desktop support (installation, troubleshooting, repair) in a Windows‑based environment.
