Job SummaryAs a PCA / Scheduler, you’ll combine compassion and coordination to support our seniors and care team. You’ll schedule Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for both center and home care, ensuring each participant’s plan of care is followed with consistency and kindness.
Alongside your scheduling duties, you’ll also provide personal care and support when needed — helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with others, works well in a steady routine, and brings warmth and calm to every interaction.
Hourly Wage$15.90 /hr. to start – $16.90 /hr. after 90 days
ScheduleFirst shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

- Coordinate and schedule all in-center and home care PCAs to ensure participant care aligns with their care plans
- Communicate schedule changes, shift assignments, and PTO requests with the Direct Care Aide Coordinator
- Complete and maintain master schedules, home care schedules, and participant assignments in Alaya Care
- Monitor care schedules to ensure all services are completed as planned
- Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors in the center, home, or community when needed
- Attend team meetings in the absence of the Direct Care Aide Coordinator
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Review electronic timesheets, mileage, and reimbursements for accuracy
- Support audits, PCA documentation reviews, and quality initiatives
- Assist in coordinating participant supplies and deliveries
- Participate in ongoing training, education, and team discussions
- Step in as a PCA when needed to support team coverage

- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire — we’ll provide the training!)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience working with the frail or elderly population preferred
- One year of scheduling or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Requires valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 25 pounds
- Must be able to assist with the evacuation of Participants
- This position may encounter issues/infestations in the homes of the Participants. Following proper protocols is essential.
