Patient Care Advisor (PCA) at Curio Wellness – $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Curio Wellness empowers people to thrive by adapting plant nature to human nature. As a Patient Care Advisor, you will provide best‑in‑class guest service to patients, caregivers, holistic pharmacy and spa clients, and the public, ensuring an elevated experience.

• Greet all guests and patients with warmth.
• Assist patients with check‑in for the medical cannabis dispensary, spa, or holistic pharmacy.
• Promote and manage the Far & Dotter Loyalty Program.
• Use the POS system and SOPs to process transactions accurately.
• Educate patients about product benefits and add‑on products to drive sales.
• Support daily, weekly, and seasonal promotions and inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with MCA regulations, Far & Dotter SOPs, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform daily inventory checks and restock to maintain par levels.
• Keep sales floor and public spaces clean and orderly.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor in the PCA’s functional area.

• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to empathize with patients and recommend products based on their needs.
• Deep understanding of the cannabis industry and products.
• Team‑player attitude and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.
• Availability for normal retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• High school diploma or GED; prior cannabis, retail, hospitality, or guest‑service experience preferred.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Work in a secure, regulated environment.

Must be 21 years old. As a condition of employment, all employees must comply with Maryland state requirements, provide fingerprints in the required format, and consent to an FBI background check.
