We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Per-Diem Registered Nurses
to fill available shifts at aNursing and Rehabilitation Centerin Pikesville, MD. In this role, you high-quality, compassionate care, managing a diverse patient population and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team.

• Competitive Compensation: Earn a strong hourly rate of $40 per hour.
• Work Schedule: Per-diem schedule.
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST ( break)
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST (30 min break)
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST (30 min break)

• Conduct patient assessments and implement triage protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Assist physicians with medical procedures
• Maintain infection control standards
  
  Provide patient and family education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary emergency response teams

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license from the state of MDand current BLS Certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN work experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, effective communication, cultural competency, collaboration, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
