• Guide and assist residents to learn, live, and function in the community as independently as possible
• Provide direct care, interaction, and supervision of the residents, inclusive of all daily needs (meals, grooming, personal needs, transportation, recreation, leisure, medical and medication administration)
• Prepare progress notes and complete daily logs as directed
• May require some daily driving as needed by the program
• Treat residents with dignity and respect including providing opportunities to engage in decision making, constructive activities, and habilitative services to the extent they are able

• Compassionate about the care and well being of others
• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Ability to complete and pass background check
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health
