Seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a 6-12 month contract to perform Compensation & Pension Exams for Veterans across the USA.
Part‑time, flexible schedule, 16 hours/week, starting ASAP after credentialing.
Location:
Aberdeen, SD (in‑person).
Pay: $70–$75/hour with top rates offered.
Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, conducting web‑based exams, completing electronic Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), and ensuring timely documentation submission within 48 hours.
Qualifications:
Master’s in Nursing or PA program, active license, primary‑care experience, computer skills. VA experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
Supports VA’s medical disability evaluation process, with no decision‑making or treatment development involved.
Flexible schedule with potential ancillary testing on location. Candidates should be able to start within a month and work independently and collaboratively.
