** St. Margaret's, NB**, is seeking individuals interested in employment within the Mill.
** Duties include, but are not limited to:
*** Operation of various peat baling equipment
* Assist others in performing their duties
* Keep work area clean
* Pallet repair
* Other duties as assigned
** Applicants MUST:
*** Work in a safe manner and display a good attitude
* Have the ability to read and understand written instructions in ENGLISH and to complete paperwork, forms and checklists
* Have reliable transportation
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Be capable of working overtime and shift work
* Be capable of working in a noisy, dusty environment and in cold and hot conditions
* Be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
* Be willing to be trained for other jobs
* Meet minimum performance standards
* Be able to use a wide variety of implements (broom, shovel, vacuum, etc.) to ensure cleanliness of the plant
* Not have restrictions limiting one’s ability to properly wear Personal Protective Equipment
* Provide a CPIC (Criminal Record) Check.

Note:

This is NOT a requirement for current Scotts Associates Bilingualism is an asset, but not a requirement, as is experience in operating a forklift.

Wages as per collective agreement. Currently $20.80 per hour.
