This is a Full-Time 40 Hours Weekly position with the Human Services Center. For more information on the Human Services Center, please visit (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). .

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment for clients and employees. This includes cleaning patient care areas, hallways, and offices in institutional buildings. Our team strives to maintain sanitary conditions and enhance the appearance of the buildings.

This position includes working every fifth weekend and holiday on a rotating schedule.

• proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.

• establish and maintain effective working relationships;
• operate various cleaning equipment;
• direct the activities of subordinates and instruct on the proper methods of cleaning and sanitizing;
• stand for extended periods of time;
• lift up to 50 lbs.

This position is eligible for Veterans' Preference per ARSD 55:10:02:08.
