The Reemployment Assistance Division is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Tax Program Representative. This role involves conducting investigations and enforcing compliance with state laws, rules, and regulations related to the Reemployment Assistance Program.

• Establishing new employer accounts.
• Ensuring timely and accurate submission of quarterly wage reports and state taxes.
• Investigating discrepancies in wages and earnings, including following up on tips or leads.
• Communicating directly with employers to gather information and ensure compliance.
• Participating in collection processes to recover payments due.

Self‑motivated, capable of working independently, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

This position is eligible for Veterans' Preference per ARSD 55:10:02:08.
