This position is responsible for providing administrative support and performing numerous duties, including greeting and assisting internal and external customers; maintaining records, files, and documentation; scheduling, emailing, routing callers, answering questions and requests; database entry; preparing and processing direct vouchers, payments, reconciling purchasing card invoices and statements, and entering coding; yangi overseeing inventory of supplies; coordinating travel for program staff; and providing customer service and general administrative support for the Materials & Surfacing and Right of Way offices.
This position also provides accountability for construction projects by organizing and maintaining a filing system for active and inactive contracts.

The total compensation of hourly wage + state/federal benefits for a typical year for entry level Senior Secretary is approximately $60,338.00 annually.
The ideal candidate will have a history of working in collaborative team environments and demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication. Experience preparing invoices, billings, and/or vouchers, and reviewing and coding financial information.
