Job Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of documents within the content management system. Responsibilities include assisting with record retention compliance, safeguarding information, and efficient data retrieval. The role also serves as a backup to the Document Management Administrator and involves developing knowledge within the content management system, with opportunities for personal growth.

Primary Duties
  • Train and serve as backup to the Document Management Administrator for document processing and troubleshooting, including possible extended hours and weekends.
  • Enhance expertise in content management applications through webinars and training, working towards career advancement.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues onsite or remotely, acting as a support contact and coordinating with IT support as needed.
  • Support document classification, archiving, and maintenance within the electronic document system.
  • Review documents for quality assurance and ensure the availability of accurate legal records.
Secondary Duties
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in committees and training sessions.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Engage in community involvement and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking terminology, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in application software and computer programs.
  • Adherence to federal privacy standards and organizational communication policies.
